The last 7 years of my time in Corporate America were in remote/work-from-home roles. I made $135,000 working from home in my PJ's, on the beach, at Starbucks, at my finance's home in another state, on the Megabus (I loved those $1 trips), etc. Plus, I saved a butt load of money on fuel for my car (an estimated $2,300+/yr) and time from that 2-4 hour commute in Atlanta traffic. That's 520 hours (21-42 days a year and 151-302 days over the 7 years I worked from home). Can you really put a value on your time?

NOTE: This portal is just for informational purposes. Although we have verified that these are all real opportunities, we strongly encourage you to do your own research to determine if they are a good fit for you.

So, what is a Virtual Assistant?

A virtual assistant (includes executive/administrative) is person who provides various services to entrepreneurs or businesses from a remote location. It is certainly not new concept but is a growing trend. More and more, people are striving for a little more work-life-balance (i.e. travel more, spend time with family, find time for themselves and their passion, etc.) and ways to cut their living expenses.

Just about anyone can become a virtual assistant. Skills that are important in these types of roles are administrative, social media moderation, scheduling, receiving/placing calls, event planning, document preparation, billing, etc.
